I am here to help you figure out what works best for you and to help you develop healthy habits for lasting results without spending hours in the gym or giving up your favourite foods.

SLP Personal Training provides you with a program that is fully customised to you, based on your specific goals, schedule, and the equipment you have available to you - anything from just your own bodyweight to a fully equipped gym.

The workout program includes detailed video instructions for each exercise through your own personal app. Training plans are delivered weekly with updates and modifications as needed.

You will have access to your trainer through email and in-app messaging for help and support. With weekly check-ins to help keep you on track.

This program is about making long-lasting lifestyle changes and habits to help you reach your goals and live a healthy life.
